- Always take the supplements before 6PM. Why? because most fat burners tend to have caffeine and taking them late in the day can disrupt sleep. Sleep is an integral part of the fat burning process. Get 7-8 hrs of quality sleep.
- Try to take weight loss supplements with meals. That is the ideal way to make sure you don’t feel uneasy on empty stomach. Some people complain of dizziness when taking supplements on empty stomach.
